What we offer visitors

From tickets to hotels — everything you need to come to the exhibition. You get the ticket online; a manager arranges everything else.

Free e-ticket
Entry is free — just register in advance. At the entrance, give your name or phone number: no printouts, no ticket desk, no queue. Each exhibition needs its own registration.
Meetings with exhibitors
Three B2B rooms for negotiations and VIP halls for large delegations — in the same building as the pavilion. Tell us the exhibition, day, time and number of people — a manager will book a room for you.
Help finding a hotel
Coming from another city or country? We will suggest hotels in Samarkand that fit your dates, group size and budget. Rooms sell out fast during exhibitions — write early.
Getting here and parking
The centre is 16 km from Samarkand airport and 23 km from the railway station, with a large car park at the entrance. A manager will explain how to get here.
Cafés and lunch
Two cafés with 350 seats in total are on site. Lunch and coffee without leaving the exhibition — also a good place to sit down with a partner.
Wi-Fi and a comfortable hall
Free Wi-Fi across the whole site. The pavilion has cooling, heating and ventilation — comfortable in any season.
